He is an active reviewer for research and educational bodies, such as the Portuguese Higher Education Accreditation Agency (A3ES), Kazakhstan’s National Center for Science and Technology Evaluation (NCSTE) and the Croatian Science Foundation (HRZZ). His research explores consumer psychology in tourism, leisure, and events, focusing on themes such as motivation, prestige, experience, and technology adoption. He has published in leading tourism, hospitality, events, sports, and management journals, achieving an H-Index of 22 and an H10 index of 31.

Dr. Moital is a passionate educator known for his unique approach to help students develop their research skills. His approach blends academic rigour with practical insight, with the aim of making the process more accessible and less intimidating for students. It is designed not just to teach students what to write, but to empower them to understand why it matters and how to do it well.In 2020, he extended the impact of this work beyond the classroom by founding the Dissertation Academy YouTube channel (currently 4000 subscribers), where he shares practical tools and unique strategies to help students write better dissertations and theses. The channel features tutorials on areas such as methodology, literature reviews, and academic writing techniques, reflecting his belief in accessible, high-quality education for learners worldwide.
