Submission process

At ICoAMP several types of submission are possible (for more information see the Instructors for authors section):

  • Extended abstracts
  • Work in progress
  • Full papers

Contributors are kindly reminded that:

  • For each registration, an author can submit a maximum of two papers. If you are participating in more than two papers, it will be necessary for another author to register for the conference.
  • The inclusion of accepted papers in the ICoAMP Program implies the registration and participation of at least one of the authors.

  1. In order to submit a paper or complete the registration, it is necessary to first create a user account on the platform through the following link:

    SUBMIT A CONTRIBUTION

  2. Once you have created your user account on the platform, you can submit your contributions within the platform.

Peer review process

Our peer review process is designed to ensure rigorous evaluation and fairness for all submissions. Here's an improved description:

  • Choice of Conference Tracks: Authors have the autonomy to select the conference track in which they wish to have their work evaluated. However, the Organizing Committee reserves the right to reassign a submission to a closely related track to enhance the efficiency of the evaluation process.
  • Double-Blind Review: We employ a 'double-blind' review system, which means that both the authors and the reviewers remain anonymous to each other throughout the evaluation process.
  • Single Round Review: All submissions go through a single round of evaluation.
  • Review Coordination: The review process is overseen by members of the Scientific Committee, who are responsible for resolving any discrepancies that may arise between the assessments of the reviewers.
  • Final Result Notification: Once the evaluation is completed, our management system will promptly convey the final result to the authors, ensuring transparency and efficiency in the feedback process.
